I first started in saying “this is what I need help with” and feeling shaky in what I offer to now having this really powerful statement that feels in alignment and one that I can be really proud of.

The energy of this workshop is a big one, as well as having this encouraging simplified view. Sometimes I feel that it’s so easy to spin in the mind - and breaking away from that and being with other people and sharing other experiences…the community piece has been really important and supportive here. So I really appreciate this time because this space creates this security and encouragement and good feeling that helps me see the light a little bit.

Being in the presence of your vulnerability was important to me - I feel that sometimes that is missing in some coaching spaces - I feel it’s very humanizing and super important. Being able to hear about your transformation and you being able to hold the space for everyone, I really appreciate that. Finally, I feel that this space embodies communal leadership as opposed to the more toxic leadership environments I’m used to.

My takeaway is a renewed sense of curiosity and feeling really inspired by the other participant’s big “YES!” to her genius, and I feel like, “I’m gonna get there!” I’ve been writing down all of the questions you offered everyone and am happy that I get more to dig into. I’ve gotten a lot of takeaways and I’m excited to devote time on getting clear on my messaging. I’m eager and excited to feel that power and the solid feeling of “this is what I do!” I’m excited to get the wording right.
